- We maintain both paper and online storage of all bills so that information can be easily referenced on demand
- Payment of weekly wages to household staff.
- 24 hour a day call out service.
- Regular weekly checks are made on the property whilst the property is unoccupied.
- Immediate contact is made with you to discuss any problems which may have occurred and on how to resolve the matter.
- Regular photographs of the property during the Winter Season as and when required.
- Visits to all Professional Offices on your behalf should the need arise.
- Preparation of Annual Tax Return (Accountancy fee's charged separately )
- For clients with Villas running 'Rooms for Rent' or '100 Day Declaration' we handle issuing of Guest Receipts, Tourist Board book entries and monthly Accountant visits with sales & expense invoices (available at a supplement)
